[e2e] eip to gigE

Hi I have been trying to improve my performance going from eip to gigE.  I
can get GigE to gigE over 100 MB/s and eip to eip 100 MB/s but going from
one to the other I can only see 34 MB/s, which isn't good at all.  I am
using 3 ES40s using the middle one as the router to get the 2 interfaces to
talk to one another.  If anyone has an idea on how to improve this let me
know.  I know that the MTUs going though are set and working at 9000B.  Let
me know if you have any ideas.
