no; the only thing that will work is to have Verizon add a line of the form

X-VERIZON-TAG <encrypted gobbldygook>

If you have a problem with a verizon customer apparently sending you spam, 
you send them the email including the gobbldygook. It contains sender 
account information and a second signature, of the body of the message. If 
the second signature matches, they contact the account.
