Fascinating. Is there a "TCP variants" web page somewhere
that holds all of these?
Do these have sufficiently deterministic differences that you could
categorize them by CSP or some other low-level network equivalent of EBNF?
Or network equivalents of the UNIX file command (the magic list)
What is the notation to represent (minor divergences in) time-series of
data exchange between asynchronous parties?
