FYI, and for anyone else so inclined:

1) you can visit the following website:
	http://www.postel.org/mailman/listinfo/end2end-interest

2) you can send mail to an automated mail agent;
   put the word 'help' in the body or subject line,
   and send to:
	end2end-interest-request at mailman.postel.org

3) if all else fails (yes, we'd prefer if you try automation first),
   send mail to:
	mailman-owner at postel.org
