Hi All,
      I am trying to read up on Qos & end-to-end delay issues. I came
across this formula for End-to-end delay bound in Paul White's article
in IEEE Comm., 1997 on RSVP (

Qdelaye2e = ((b-M)(p-R) / R(p-r) ) + (M +Ctot)/R + Dtot

The logic behind this seems to evade me. Can somebody give me pointers
to help me understand this formula?
