[e2e] QoS measurement methodologies for IP telephony

Hi all!

I'm looking for the QoS measurement methodologies for IP telephony over H.323 protocol stack.
It is run purely over IP network without PSTN.
If you know any references about this or have your own experiences, please, help me!
I am focusing on the delay, delay jitter, and packet losses.
