I especially liked the part where they explained that TCP sucks because
it has congestion control. Their solution was to implement reliable
delivery using UDP, presumably without congestion control. Urk!
Maybe the good news is that these guys should be willing to pay a
few 10s of dollars extra a month for a low-latency diffserv service
class, which could insulate the rest of the Internet from them.
