FYI: The ns-2 patch and simulation scripts of SIMD (one instance of the
stateful TCP congestion control algorithms
proposed in our ICNP publication "TCP-friendly SIMD Congestion Control
and Its Convergence Behavior". In Proceedings of
ICNP'2001, Riverside, CA, November 2001.)

are now available for downloading at http://csr.bu.edu/simd/sims.html
