well, i didn't focus on "blocking" (or, if i did, mapped it into "congestion").

i did focus on "single path dispersion" versus "multi path dispersion", 
assigned them my own [proprietary and copyrighted] meanings, and answered 
based on that.

or, hoped my answer would derail one path of exploration in favor of a more 
favorable path.
