And the slightest error rate, not even congestion loss, reduces flow
shamefully.  Ahh, the irony of professing love to lady e2e but coupling with
hoary layer violation.  But then the IETF is indeed an expensive time machine
-- though a very slowly ticking one.  And some among us complain of crass
profiteers.  :]
