[e2e] Applications with UDP checksum disabled

It was a problem with in_checksum.c (error in loop unrolling) in 4.2. 4.3 worked fine. NFS was not integrated into 4.2. It was integrated into the net/2 release (which incidentally was my favorite UCB release - at least the attribution was right). :-)
