Lloyd,
the software comes out of Moldova. I just tell it to use the macro that
claims to insert the sender's "first" name.
I figure the folks in that part of the world are reasonably likely to
deal with Euro conventions. Certainly they will do better than I could.
Now the really interesting challenge is to it to automatically add
"-san" to names that are Japanese...
