Hi,
Has anyone any good tips for selecting a link layer protocol for narrow-band
point to point semi-duplex radio link (not network), for carrying UDP/IP or
SCPS-TP/SCPS-NP (www.scps.org)?
A command-response type application is envisaged, with no requirements for
multiple access, so we're essentially talking about a circuit switched
system. Channel accesses are expected to last for between 5 and 30 seconds.
Channel capacity is symetric at probably 16kbps, but data flow is highly
asymetric,
Regards
