There are currently 2257 email addresses subscribed - some of which are 
multiple subscriptions, some of which are exploder addresses. That's up 
from 1281 when the list was moved from isi.edu to postel.org in Jan. 2001.

The churn on the list is largely due to change-of-addresses.

The speculation on this list is another matter ;-)
