[e2e] TCP slow start and maximum segment size

Hi,

I'm looking for values of the Maximum segment size and
slow start threshold for different implementations of
TCP.  Is there some place where I can get a table of
common MSS and  SST values along with the TCP
version/OS they are associated with?
