[e2e] PAM2003 early registration ends Sunday

Early registration for PAM2003 ends soon, this Sunday, March 16.

Early registration will ensure that you receive a copy of the workshop
proceedings. After March 16, the fee for registration will be $240.

Also, registrations will NOT be accepted "at the door"; you MUST register
on-line (before April 6). (For those who have chosen the check payment
option, checks will be accepted when you sign in at the workshop.)

The cancellation policy is now posted on the Registration Information page.
