[e2e] Network Performance Metrics

Hi all,

A newbie question - can someone point me to metrics that I can use to
measure a TCP flow? I am in search of a metric (or a set of metrics) that
combine(s) the attributes of at least two of the set {bandwidth, latency,
loss, jitter} to describe network performance as experienced by the user of
a TCP based application (in particular, audio/video streaming).
