*> Hi.
*>
*> Some people on this list may be interested in a new IETF working group
*> being started to handle small changes to the TCP protocol and congestion
*> control system. Our goal is to provide a group interested in moving
*> some of the TCP work forward that's gotten bogged down in the transport
*> working group (tsvwg).
*>
*> One of the specific items of interest is publishing the TCP roadmap RFC
*> that's been discussed here several times. Of course, we're interested
*> in input and help preparing this document.
*>
*> You can find more information about tcpm at
*> http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/tcpm-charter.html
*>
*> Hope to see some of you there.

*> Mark & Ted

In particular, the TCP roadmap that was discussed earlier on this
list has been submitted as an Internet Draft, to serve as input to
one work item of the new working group. See
draft-duke-tcp-roadmap-00.txt.
