[e2e] WFQ with shared buffering

Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody aware of any studies on the effect of sharing buffers among queues
that are served with WFQ (or any approximation like DRR, SCFQ, ...). I'm interested in the
scenario when no queues have a dedicated amount of buffering and once the packet is queued, the
buffer cannot be taken back until the packet is transmitted. 

Any pointer is appreciated.
