[e2e] IP performace on Ethernet

Sahan, it really depends on 3 things, at least: a) the payload size in IP/UDP;
b) the speed of the sending/receiving processes (from MAC up); and c) if TCP
is used, a), b) and the way windowing, acking and the round-trip delay are
handled by the stacks at both ends.
