[e2e] Routers accessing TCP header

Dear Craig,
  Thanks for the reply. Ooops, my tech reports on the web are like
child's play :)..The experiments performed and lots of issues were
done during my early stages and are void..I will be updating them with
my proper work soon and let you know. Once again, thanks for your
advice.
