Hi Kun,
Some implementations of TCP implement a timer called Keepalive timer,
once this timer goes off, one side will check even if the other side is
still runnnig the connection, if no responding is received the
connection is terminated.
Best regards,

Hi,
I recently got a TCP connection timeout error.
If both side don't send packets for a long time while connection is
open, is
there a default time out to abort the connection?
Thanks a lot!
