[e2e] Analysis of RTT

 Hi
 
 - I have a capture of traffic  (30 mn - erf format) from one link. I would like to have some information about how to calculate the RTT analyticallay and from the trace (if there is a particular tool).
 I found this page which discuss this problem but I would like to discuss the problem especially if my aim is to find relation between the RTT and the granularity used to analyse the traffic.

 - I would like to know if there is a way to distinguish connection that are congestioned from that they aren't and then calculate RTT
