won't break. Note that the version number is elided and automatically
redirects to the latest version.
Ideally, the boilerplate for each draft would include variations on:
'Revisions of this internet-draft can be obtained from:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-barwood-dnsext-edns-page-option'
before giving 'the list of current Internet-Drafts'
<http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Personal/L.Wood/><L.Wood at surrey.ac.uk>
