[e2e] reminder about postings of call for papers, participations, and extensions

Hi, all,

We are continuing to receive a number of non-preapproved calls for
papers, participation, and notices of extension to this list, some of
which are getting through the filters (yesterday's post by Miguel
Garcia, e.g.).

A reminder to all subscribers:

	- *ALL* CFPs must be approved *in advance*

	- repeated announcements or reminders are NOT PERMITTED
		this includes extension notices
