You might not get it in the format you want, but this might help:
There are a number of websites that have dumps of routing
announcements by various Internet routers. Some of them are run by
universities that allow you to get a live feed of route announcements
that it hears.
I am not sure how up-to-date these sources are. The last one should
have live updates.
