[e2e] list problem query

Hi, all,

I had a report that this list wasn't posting submissions since Aug 1, 
2013. I checked the archives, and there's nothing there since that date.

However, I sent a test message a few minutes ago, and it made it to the 
archive fine.

Can you please let me know off-list if you have been having any problems 
posting since Aug 1? If so, you may want to re-post and let me know if 
you have any problems this time.
