SQ messages are structurally identical to Time Exceeded and Destination
Unreachable messages. Is your firwall/NAT incapable of mapping TE and DU
messages to internal flows or systems? If so, how do you do traceroutes,
and how do you handle PMTUd?
If your systems are in fact capable of handling TE and DU messages, why
would they be incapable of handling SQ messages?
