[e2e] peer2peer + streaming = ?

Hi all,

I recently discussed an idea related to streaming media in a peer2peer
scenario (multiple senders, 1 or possibly more receivers) with a
student; I somehow had the feeling that these two technologies don't
quite fit together. Or do they?

Could you come up with scenarios which make sense?
